I think the point is that when she only suspected she went with an axe ready to KILL, but now that he has proof by simply seeing a video of the act, she ends up "just" breaking up with him, which shows a clear feeling of guilt on her part, but she still decides to end it because she probably doesn't want to go through with it, since they both betrayed each other, or she's simply not a perfect being and still blames him for the betrayal, but less because she fell into Loona's trap too.
