Simply pointing out an issue in your story doesn't magically fill the plot hole. Addressing Millie being a hypocrite was THE BARE MINIMUM, not extra credit

Yes, obviously, but this doesn't change the fact that now everyone in this story is a shitty person rather than just some select characters. It wasn't a plot hole, it was bad writing, because it's going to take major work to remedy the situation. It isn't unsalvageable, but this needs a lot of finesse to become good again
