After a small google search, I'm pretty sure it's haram, because according to one of the rules (I think) called Zina, it is stated that any sex outside of marriage is prohibited, which these guys are doing (unless Fred Perry headcannoned them to be married but I don't think he'd do that)
The "Will finish in four years" tag is a little exaggerated, Fred Perry comics usually only take a few months to fully release. The "will finish in two years" tag is more appropriate.
