I don't know about retiring it, but everything I've seen is that the owner of the suit, Tarangryph, has been off the internet since at least 2016. That's the last post I can find from them anywhere, the post being on Twitter of her in a different suit and her sister in the werewolf suit at a convention. Otherwise I can't find anywhere she retired it, probably just gave it to her sister.
