I don't get how so many people are confused. The girl is a young girl, junior high or somethin. Hank is a guy, couple years older than her. He probably thinks that she is a boy, because the way she dresses, has no boobs yet and kinda comes across like a small version of her big brother. Hank probably never knew that Cue's sibling was a girl, because he never interacted with her and no one told him. This is why after offering sex and presenting a flat chest instead of her pussy, Hank still thought she was a boy. And even though aroused, responded with "I'm not a faggot" and left.
Born girl, identifies as boy too. The artists other work shows it. Also not sure if anyone else noticed the snub where the other kid says "going with the attack helecopter" which is an aging joke about the current multitude of genders.
