It is indeed a delicate topic. There is no divine path nor an easy fix. It is a slow process of recovery. But if I have to say something quickly as an introduction. It would be to journey. Within yourself and into the world. I found that trying to understand myself and reconcile with my past was much-needed and in a sense spiritual. It is hard to describe but I am not the first to do so. And into the world as in; I found that engrossing oneself in something is a great distraction. I started gardening. When I feel an urge, a phone to a friend is a splendid thing.

Of all the addictions that exist, pornography is probably the hardest to kick. But it's also the one that'll ruin your life if you let it get out of control.
This is where it all began for me. Not in the sense that this is where I started, but rather where it all escalated to the full-blown addiction we all suffer. Since that moment I have grown exponentially as a person. Now I have concluded, that to develop one must rid oneself of this and never look back. Thus I will abandon this horrid place and wish all of you the same realization. We have never nor will we ever know each other, but there is a certain comradery that we all feel fighting this disease of an addiction. This is a goodbye to all of you bastards.
