Actually, since he's fucking her face as she's upside down, that's the orientation it SHOULD be in, the camera's POV is relative to her mouth's orientation, so from it's perspective the penis is "upside down".

The mouths are weird and posing is stiff. Pretty decent overall though, give the mouths less weird squiggly lines and bend the limbs a bit more and you have good art right there.
