The "OC" is a real Pokémon, its called Lycanroc (midnight form). Its from Gen 7, those games (sun and moon) had a gimmick where a Lycanroc evolves when Rockruff reaches lvl 25 during the day to get Lycanroc (Midday), Lycanroc (Midnight) at night and Lycanroc (dusk) when playing during the evening.
