I watched the first episode and it sucked, the pacing sucked and there was no depth in the characters. There was nothing that made the show standout besides lois being hot.
That's the first episode. Altough the pacing can be a problem in the future, the characters are still going to get development and so on. At least wait to watch the three first episodes to have some kind of basis to judge
they can develop all they want but if they don't show us who these characters are, their motives, or the world they're living in, then they can't blame me for not wanting to watch more. the first episode felt like a third episode not a first. and if you can't even get the first episode right then why should i waste more time? nothing is pulling me to watch another episode.
