I think it's a cross from the original movie "The Invisible Man" And maybe a Minecraft axolotl? depends on when the comic came out and what the artists inspiration was. The reason it's so good? Proportionate art style, beautiful monochrome with specific highlights representing the two characters (T.I.M.'s tie and Axolotls collar), and most importantly, it takes its time. It makes up for its shortness with its value of story, and the gaps it lets you fill in. We can tell that Axolotl hired T.I.M. to assist with worries of her boyfriend cheating on her.
her suspicions are confirmed, and she's left sad and distraught. then the story continues. It's got just the right balance of story and horny that makes these comics so good. The characters aren't overexaggerated or inhumanely featured, (Not counting the fins and bandages) and that is what gives this story just the right amount of relatability. They are... relatively normal people. T.I.M.'s a private detective who is helping out a client that may end up turning into a relationship. He has a moral compass that doesn't just immediately point to horny, unlike some peoples works who are just...
upsetting. Fred perry's excusable, thanks to a mix of amazing art and mediocre story. He literally introduced jack having magnetic prime fields and hasn't explained how the hell he got them. Was there a silicon-based lifeform in his family tree? Was one of his ancestors a... I don't know, transformer, human edition? WE NEED GODDAMN ANSWERS FRED.
