It depends on which version of Goku or Superman. Alien X is not omnipotent, since we know it has been stated there are even more powerful beings within the Omnitrix than Alien X, and that there are beings stronger than the Omnitrix alltogether.
Both superman and goku are aliens so if the omnitrix gets even a little bit of there DNA the omnitrix automatically gives Ben the strongest form of their species.
what this guy said. bascially, superman punches ben in the arm, breaking it. this gives superman skin cells to omnitrix, which then lets ben become the strongest possible kryptonian in his prime. not sure about goku tho gokua's gotta lotta highlevel skills, which have to be trained, and a naturally strong and totally untrained saiyan will lose against a saiyan who has trained to fight and strengthen himself and who also lost his species single glaring weakness(the tail, which ben would have)
