In the defense of the working class: it is entirely possible that the corporation responsible for delivery is a massive multi billion dollar corporation and does not respect their workers. This it is entirely reasonable that some of the workers violate the code. It doesn't have to be all of them
But what if the pizzeria's company is just a small independent business that treats its employees well and is going through an economic crisis because of people like him?
