Well, I read page 194 again and understand it is a jojo reference, but the word“bond”should refers to “marry”in the original meme and this is weird taking about wether you have sex or not in self-introduce, so it might means the better way—— be in relationship with someone?

these are done in order of the pokemon pokedex numbers, even though pikachu is the evolved form of pichu, pichu did not come until generation 2 and is pokemon #172 in the pokedex
