No, from all the Gen I pokémons, the only full male line is the Nidoran lina, and even then it's the male line, and female line all other pokémon are all male and female, Chansey is the exception since it's always female, if I'm not mistaken tehy might have changed that in a recent gen. usually I'm always playing games from the first 3 gens and the first remakes of Gen I and III
