I assume you're talking about the fact that she can create creatures like Marshmallow and Olaf in seconds, without even realizing it. This wouldn't work for several reasons.
1. This was set before she knew she was able to create life, or really anything other than a couple sculptures and a pile of snow. She's still wearing regular, warm clothing.
2. If a random prince like Hans can kill a monster she summoned (Marshmallow) with only a regular sword, there's no doubt THE LICH KING ARTHAS HIMSELF can kill an ice monster like that.
3. Mostly the same as point 1, but as far as Elsa knew in the comic, she was completely defenseless. When she sees the... Zombie... Thing? She doesn't react by creating an ice wall, or freezing its legs in place or just stabbing it through the chest with an icicle like she was going to do with the assassin in the movie at the top of her ice castle. She doesn't think she has any power, therefore she has none.
