If I recall correctly, in the episode where she and Steven adopt that one-eyed cat she comes to the conclusion that her future vision is mostly not worth the trouble because the factors she used to see as unchanging (the Gems and Steven) had all changed and would continue to make choices she couldn't predict, thus making her future vision a disadvantage if she's banking ion events that won't happen... so she decided to just take things as they come. Which is also why she didn't foresee the Diamonds crashing her wedding.
