First of all, they whitewashed the fuck out of Lelani, take a look at the first few pages, and then the part where they go into the ship and find the treasure thingy. She's js a white tan girl atp. Also the art style change?? I loved the first one but the rest except the last were.. Err..
Side note, she was the darkest girl from what I can see, then became like lightest, malana became.. white. And Lelanis hair became brown when it was a pure black, also the panther became bright purple at one point
Durring the dark reflection wen she had gone onto the note it reminded me of them manga I'm wrighting but in the manga every one on board gets blown up except for little miss morakie the demon fox serpent aka a mass murdering machean and made bloodmoon the dark asian to get a nose bleed. I wish I hadn't read this. Now don't get the wrong idea, I think this is a great story. It's well written, and has excellent visuals. However, I don't like to read about a character, getting to know and love her throughout the story, and then have her brush so close with death so many times. This level of danger is just stressing me out, not getting me hard. In fact, it's a pretty big turn off for me to even think of what our main character does for a living, then tries to sexualize it. Being a diver is one of the most nerve wracking jobs there is.
