Learned this from an actual FBI Cybersecurity specialist at a Cybersecurity seminar(I forgot his actual title but he joked about being the guy down the street in a van from the FBI raid.) Apparently incognito mode doesn't wipe everything. It can be easily uncovered by an experienced specialist.
