Ninety five percent sure this counts as a fucked up form of self-cest. assuming that's Kirby and Gooey represented with human bodies, and that they are all reincarnations of Void, they are all similar people, if not the same. And if you say that doesn't count as selfcest, then it's incest. They are connected biologically by the creator of the universes blood flowing through their veins.
we see kirby in page 1 and 2, in 2 he is seen in the same place as the kirby mask guy implying that kirby mask guy isnt kirby and if kirby mask guy isnt kirby then its safe to assume gooey mask guy isnt gooey either
