Very strange art design, Looks like a cross of those pencil comics that were made in the early 2000s and modern day using adobe illustrator or something. But it is alright though, Nothing really wrong with that.
I kind of hate saying this, but it's not flat enough. Too detailed compared to Dr Seuss which didn't do a lot of backgrounds if I recall correctly. Not to mention all the shading
