comment edits are broken again, it shows the edit tab but the box doesn’t load

When going to the users content page there appears to be no content uploaded despite the announcement in the news forum showing that there is content there
On Monday, the release is likely to be temporarily hidden.

I can view other user's bookmarks when I'm logged out, but if I'm already logged in I have to re-login to load the same page.
Specifically talking about /user/[id]/bookmarks
when you reset password it does it twice and sends two emails
