Also, technology, there is no way to 100% fairly call a femboy gay or straight, because those deeply rely on the gender of the individual. And you can fully *honestly* call a femboy a girl, but you can't really *respectfully* call them a boy either.
A guy pretending to be a girl is still a guy. You could call them a girl, but you'd be wrong. You can definitely respectfully call them a guy, because that's what they are. Just because someone doesn't like what you say doesn't mean you can't say it respectfully.
