Actually guys this isnt that sad considering that if Subaru and Rem ran away they wouldnt survive even 2 weeks because Emilia would be killed by the Witch Cultists and Puck would destory the world according to his Contract. They never really had a choice in the first place. I would love to have seen Subaru run with Rem right after defeating the Sloth Witch Factor though since Emilia would have survived until the rabbits came to the sanctuary and therefore after Puck had already broken the contract meaning he wouldnt deatroy the world(and couldnt because of his weakening powers by that point). Although there is debate about whether Puck would destroy the world or get defeated by the Top holy knight guy who wields excalibur and has world ending powers at his limit. Nah, well yeah alot of people would die (Emilia and etc.), but it wouldn't effect them as much, yes they'll have guilt but they wouldn't regret leaving, in the "Rem If"/ "Sloth If", Rem asks Subaru if regrets he ever leaving with her, he tells her no and that he loves her, which he does. In the beginning he wasn't mentally/emotionally stable but towards the epilogue of the story when he finds out he'll be a dad makes him happy asf, and yeah there's more but I got tired of typing.... and also puck is weak, reinhard probably destroyes the f*** out puck in this route.
See, but i dont think puck has that much mana stored up, considering this is after his mana release, he is often in real world, and guarantee that as soon as he showed up, Reinhart would be sent there so like he has maybe 2 days tops to destroy the world... i dont think he would be able to do it so fast
