Humnn, on the left panel of pg 21. Her abdominal muscles being stretched like that make it seem like she has a scaly underbelly. Perhaps this is yet another attribute of a dragon she possess, maybe her skin is more scaly and rougher than typical human skin which would fit with her more reptilian features.
