That might be true, but IQ seems mostly a measurement of deductive capability, somewhat unrelated to intelligence, except for the lower extremes, where it can prove crippling. Criminality might be down to culture (and possibly climate). Africa seems to have less of a problem of it.
More importantly, suppose they were genetically inferior (as my stepfather thinks, not out of malicious intent, but honest compassion). Eugenics and cranium measurements might have not found any evidence of it in centuries past, but that isn't to say it's impossible. Popper would certainly think so. However, what does it change? They are still human.
I am actually more sympathetic to you. As it happens, I believe in racial wholeness. That is, intra-racial, not inter-racial hierarchy. For historical and logistical factors, the races of the world have developed in nigh isolation for thousands of years. I think it a shame to waste it. While I certainly feel most strongly about my own race, as one is liable to do, I am equally distraught at seeing an Arab and Asian. It just so happens that I find certain proportions for noses and lips quite vulgar, too, as I am entitled to do.

1. I doubt that Popper was a racist.
2. Racism and its pseudo-scientific study is recognized as a pseudo-science today.
3. There are no "inferior races", because if you stopped believing your grandfather's stories and your own clearly racist prejudices. You would know that there are literally studies that confirm that we are all the same, same organs, same blood, the only thing that differs are mere appearances, which brings me to the final point.
4. Your personal thoughts and obvious racism is nothing more than science, I could handle someone who wasn't like me because "racial betrayal" simply doesn't exist, it's complete nonsense and I definitely wouldn't call it an "epidemic."

I don't embrace your racist label, despite what you may want to believe. I merely suggested that I wasn't wholly hostile to the idea. Would it calm you if I stated that I believe it just as possible that Asians are superior to us than that we are to Blacks? The difficulty lies in untangling nature from culture. If I were to go so far as to make assumptions, I would accuse you of dishonesty. You seem like you would deny (and denounce me for the suggestion) that African-Americans have cultural problems (absentee fathers, say).
I also clearly stated that if there was an inter-racial hierarchy, the possibility of which I merely don't deny, it wouldn't make a difference. My concern is intra-racial. If you want to call me a racist, even though Asian racial wholeness is also important to me, you just don't engage in good faith.
I'll restate it again, maybe you're just slow. I don't dislike any group of people based on characteristics they can't control (I have great sympathy for Tigray, say). I dislike some facial features, as I am entitled to be able to, and as most people do with features they consider unusual, but besides that my entire concern is for the racial wholeness of every race.
