Pretty sure its part of the lore of this particular artists universe that rape kinda isnt real in it.
Something something, Magic happened and has just made more or less everyone horndogs so theyre all down to fuck just about at all times.
Cant even find a single piece of art from the artist tagged with it on r/34, out of like 1800 pieces, so they prob dont like drawing it too much.
