While I do agree that mental health, self harm, and oding should not be romanticized. To some extent it probably could, because think about all of those people who permanently are scarred trying to get a love life. If we label such things as undesireable, it would have a bad effect on those with it. Of course there's a rebound that they may, now being rewarded for their self harm will continue doing it. It's a hard discernation to make. But you can't save everyone.
So sorry for your loss Anon I’ve had a few patients who suffered from an OD and it can really change your life, hopefully you’ve stopped dosing and are doing better now
