It turns out that we had a limit on long messages, so they often did not pass moderation. We turned it off.
VIP accounts can now write without a filter at all.
We gave a lot of things to VIPs and there are only about 20 of them at most on the site. We need to start selling VIP😏

It will always be displayed above all comments as in the screenshot, the minimum rating for its appearance is 10.
If there are several such comments, only the most popular one will be shown. We did something else, but I already forgot, it doesn’t matter.

Why is this necessary and what is the difference from a five-star rating?
The function has already been made and it is tied to the ratings of other accounts, so why not add it.
The five-star rating has one unsolvable problem - both anonymous people and bots can vote for it, especially there are thousands of bots. I don’t know why they do this, but they evaluate everything on the site and it doesn’t matter to them to give ones or fives, they just do it because about 2 years ago the ratings became somehow inadequate.
The new system solves this problem since bots cannot vote. Although this type of rating only shows general interest, it is still better than an incorrect rating.
