Why does this exist? Like, from a story perspective, what's the context?  When and where does this take place?  Why is Connie Maheswaran in this story?  This seems like the kind of comic that could have literally anyone.  Was this a commission with some guy's self-insert? Some people have too much money, and others have no self respect.

Well, yeah!  Of course I would!  But I wouldn't commission someone to draw my dumb story for me!  And I'm not even sure this is a commission…  Artist's page on Hentai Foundry just says "a new comic with Connie".
