If one suspends all of toph's limbs would this be double bdsm because of her being tied up and her being blind? Or could she use her back as a way to see similar on how she does it with her feet?

If one were to close their eyes, and keep them closed for their suspension, would that be double bdsm? And if so, does it mean that the focus is the submission of the suspended rather than the power imposed by their dom? Otherwise, would their senses need to be forcefully taken in order for it to count as BDSM?
