This might be against the premise of this Forum but I truly think TBOI is underrated
The binding of Isaac's + DLC's soundtrack has followed me throughout my early teens when it was nothing but a flash game so it deserves the top spot for this
There are some others like Zelda: Majorask masks my fav game of all time but like that is not underappreciated lol
Here some others that I have prev played like 2+ years ago and think are fire
Nier Automata/Replicant
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
Mirrors Edge
Im putting Watch dogs 2 in here I never listened to the full soundtrack but the shit I listen to on the radio is mostly fire

TBOI is an excellent soundtrack, but I feel like a large part of it only works in-game. Greed just doesn't feel the same if I don't have the shittiest build in the game and a heart and a half left

Mudeth's soundtrack from Antibirth is great. Also, the original soundtrack of Danny Baranowsky is more fitting to the current OST (Ridiculon makes good music, but idk, Mudeth and Baranowsky make much more fitting music to the lore of the game, at least in my opinion)

Same but i'm just infuriated every time I see a friend play the game and they have the music turned off. Like Im not going out the way to listen to music in general but if i put something on for the background occasionally I will put on the TBOI soundtrack most definitely
