I have one to start: Cinnilla Pancakes.
Take a standard pancake recipe and add Cinnamon + Vanilla Extract. No specific measurements, just add however much feels right for the batch size.

Sloppy rice
1lb ground meat 1 cup rice 1 can beef broth 1 can beef consume 1 can French onion soup 1 can mushrooms (drain)
Brown meat, mix all ingredients in a pan, bake at 350 for 60min
Both recipes make 2-4 portions depending on how big of an eater you are. 10-20 min to brown meat and pan not including final bake time.
Mix 2 eggs and a little milk, then dip the bread in the mixture, on both sides, then fry in a pan, trust me it's an easy and filling meal.

2peîces of sourdoughbread toasted with scrambled eggs in the middle like a sandwich is good
