I did it out of necessity. I saw the peoples effort dwindling and the worlds liveliness withering. The 2 week minecraft period had ended, the end was nigh. What the people needed was an "attack" to unite us.
I burned down the forest, because I knew there would be no shortage of volunteers, no shortage of patriots. Not for fun, but for survival.
But yeah, my plan worked amazingly. That stunt gave the server like 2ish more months of life. You are welcome.

Hey guys, the server is dying (if not already dead). I have more things to spend my hardware power on, so I will probably shut it down and release all the world files. I’m so happy it lasted as long as it did! Obviously, people have lives. The server world restarting and its downtime are definitely contributing factors. I’d just like to thank you all for playing; it was a great learning experience for me and a great way to make some new friends. Speaking of making friends, you’re always welcome to chat in the Dihcord. And if you really don’t want me to shut down the server, let me know. I love you guys, thanks for everything.
