Spoink Bim Power scaling

I saw a discussion on General about how the Multporn Tier List, almost looks like a power scaling board. I got to thinking and put this into action:

 

Give your current placement on the board and explain why your there with your own lore. 

Example:

Spoink Bim, #9 on the board, literally just Spongebob but he's a little illiterate. Everything that freak has done, I can do too. Oh, also: "Wanna see me do it again?"
