1. Art - 8/10

Despite being drawn by 13 separate artists, the art style is surprisingly consistent. Every character is a cute furry, with the occasional human thrown in. I particularly think the character designs in 07 and 10 are very well done. At times, I almost find myself wishing there was more variation though. Still, the level of skill is clear. Pretty much every story has the level of effort and detail you’d expect from an actual manga - the love and appreciation for the format is more than evident.  



2. Plot - 6/10

Being 13 individual short stories, the plot is obviously not very centralized besides an overall winter theme. The whiplash from one story to the next can be jarring - it took me a few reads to get my bearings. However, many do as well as one can with less than 10 pages. The dialogue is never awkward, unrealistic, or dumb, and 08, probably my favorite plot wise, doesn’t even have dialogue but still tells a story. Unfortunately, 09 is rather creepy and sticks out like a sore thumb among the collection.  



3. Appeal - 6/10

Admittedly, I’m not at all experienced with this side of Multporn, but I’ll try my best. The brevity of each story is both an advantage and disadvantage here - there’s a lot of settings and appeals to choose from, but the ones you do enjoy are just a bit too short. It’s hard to really get into it in the pages provided, and part of the reason is how intimate most of these are. There’s clearly an attempt in many to appeal to emotion and thrill, but with little background it’s hard to get attached to the characters and the stakes don’t feel real. It’s like if you took Floragto x Trainer Angst and just removed the first 100 pages. Sure, you’d be at the “good” part, but it doesn’t hit nearly as hard without the buildup to it.
