Unless you're Michelangelo's reincarnation, having good art always pales when your writing skills are garbage. It doesn't even have to be extravagant or that dramatic, just something that makes sense in-universe and have characters that give the audience some sort of interest in them
No love, just pain, discomfort and suffering (maybe a tasteful bit of blood). I don't understand what's so hard about making that.
