meagre pay, basically 24/7 work, being forcefully woken up in the middle of the night for some bullshit your uma or other umas try to pull on you
don't forget the fact that they'll try to RAPE your during the heat seasons
and for what? for YOUR trainee to get all of the credit and glory? what's the point?

being real with you the only real way you get to survive is if you have Haru with you, because any Uma that tries to Umapyoi you in her presence will either
A) get dropkicked elegantly by Orfevre
B) get sent to the timeout corner by Tazuna
C) earn you the right to perform CQC on the Uma
